I don't want Fun Football Parties coach. Can I bring my own?

All our packages include 2 coaches to host the party. We understand that friends and family sometimes want to get involved with the coaching but unfortunately it is not possible so we can ensure the party is safe and runs smoothly.
Are your coaches DBS (CRB) checked?

All our coaches working directly with children must have a current DBS (CRB) check. We also have gone through a safeguarding courses.
Do you provide food for the party?

We don't. Parents supply their own party food. We recommend that you bring your own party food (like sandwiches & snacks) / food boxes OR order food from a fast food chain (pick up/delivery). We provide tables and chairs.
Can parents stay to watch?

Yes, parents are welcome to stay with the party. All party packages have a recommended minimum ratio of one adult for every five children. Such adults ('Responsible Adults') shall be responsible for all children attending the party from arrival until departure.
Are you insured?

Yes, we have public liability insurance.
Am I allowed to take photos or video of my children?

There is no law that prevents you taking images of your own children, but you will have to be mindful of other customers’ children and their privacy.
Which payment methods can I use?

We create and send digital invoices via Square®, then let our customers pay by card via check out link. Square® works with any debit or credit cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard and American Express logo. Square® also supports mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. To book please go to our PACKAGES page. Once we get your inquiry and approve the booking an invoice will be sent to you via email with all the links to electronic payments. ✴️ Please note that the booking fee equal to half of the total requested package will be required in advance. You will also have an option to pay in full.
Is the venue hire included in the price?

Please check our PACKAGES page to find out which of them include the venue hire.
What is your cancellation policy?

Re Service Deposit, equal to half the price of the required package, is non-refundable. You may cancel the party up to 14 days prior the date of the party. We will return the funds to you less the deposit paid in advance. Re Products (from our shop) No returns or refunds. How many guest can I invite?

Minimum number of children we organise a party for is 14. However we recommend a maximum of 20-22 children (depending on the age) to attend the party. We understand that you may not know how many guests you’ll have at the time of booking so you can call you a week before your party to confirm this and we can finalise the details then.
Do you provide a cake?

We don't provide any food including the cake. However we have done some thorough research and you can find our suggestions and ideas, plus links to the football themed cake suppliers 🎂 click HERE. Helping customers celebrate their special occasion safely is something we are passionate about at. This means protecting people who may have allergies or intolerances therefore we recommend that you buy the birthday cakes / cupcakes either from a shop a reputable baker/cake maker. By law these suppliers will have to supply the allergens information. ✴️ Important notice: It is the Hirer responsibility to ascertain any allergies that their guests may have and take appropriate action.
